7 Inches Plus

That was scary. Mikaela really wanted her hair cut. I have cut hair in the past but mostly the boys and usually only straight across for the girls. She decided she wanted a lot cut off, so we measured and it was more than seven inches...the magic number to donate your hair to a worthy cause. So we put it in a pony tail and voila...hair 7+ inches shorter. It turned out a little shorter than she wanted because when you have to cut it in a ponytail it affects how the cut turns out.

When we figure out where to take the hair to we'll add a link for those who are interested.

Because Mikaela, is a good example and has a big heart, some beautiful, hairless boy or girl, man or women will be able to have a wig. (I've heard that it really takes a lot of these pony tails, though, to actually make a full wig.)
